1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, including:

  • New South Wales

  • Victoria

  • Queensland

  • South Australia

  • Western Australia

  • Tasmania

  • Australian Capital Territory

  • Northern Territory

We do not currently offer international shipping.


2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take an additional 1–5 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other reputable courier services.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Cost: $12 or Free for orders over $300

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Cost: $20

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and public holidays.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.


5. Authority to Leave (ATL)

By selecting ATL at checkout, you authorise the courier to leave your package in a safe location if you are not home.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been delivered.


6. Shipping Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier backlogs

  • Remote/regional location delivery schedules

  • Public holidays

We appreciate your understanding and patience.


7. Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before finalising your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.


8. Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact our support team at info@keptnatural.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
    We will investigate the issue with the courier on your behalf.
