2. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take an additional 1–5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other reputable courier services.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.
5. Authority to Leave (ATL)
By selecting ATL at checkout, you authorise the courier to leave your package in a safe location if you are not home.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been delivered.
